Filled with hope and love, Cio-Cio-San sings her aria, “Un bel di verdremo”, while dreaming of that one fine day. The pattern is set with the promise of fragrant verbena flowers alongside cherry and orange blossom silhouettes, and numerous butterfly wings. A Japanese sun and aria lyrics embellish the design, finished with Puccini’s signature.
